Tour Coordinator Company: Wildorix Ventures Job Type: Full-Time Location: Amravati, Maharashtra Department: Tours & Travel Operations Job Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Tour Coordinator to manage and coordinate tour operations from booking to trip completion. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, hotels, transport providers, tour guides and other vendors to ensure smooth and hassle-free travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities - Coordinate complete tour operations and travel arrangements.

- Communicate with customers regarding itinerary, bookings, reporting time, travel details and inclusions.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport operators, drivers, guides and local vendors.
- Manage group departures, boarding points, hotel check-ins and sightseeing schedules.
- Maintain booking records, passenger details, vouchers and tour documents.
- Handle customer queries before, during and after the tour.
- Assist in resolving customer issues during trips.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team.
- Ensure all tour services are delivered as per the confirmed itinerary.
- Take regular updates from drivers, hotels and ground teams.
- Maintain proper follow-up with customers for payments and required documents.




- Support the team in preparing itineraries, tour schedules and travel-related documents.

Requirements - Valuable communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of travel and tourism.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and vendors.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours during tour departures and emergencies.
- Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in travel can also apply.

Preferred Skills - Experience in tour operations/travel agency will be an advantage.

- Knowledge of domestic and international tour packages.
- Customer handling and vendor coordination experience.
- Hindi and English communication skills; Marathi will be an added advantage.
