Support IT operations through observability, monitoring, patching, vendor coordination, project tracking, dashboards, reporting, and presentations.

Key Accountabilities 1 Manage observability, monitoring coverage, alerts, dashboards, and service-health reporting.

2 Coordinate patch planning, compliance, failures, exceptions, and closure.

3 Track projects, milestones, risks, dependencies, actions, owners, and timelines.

4 Coordinate vendors, review SLA/KPI performance, and escalate delays.

5 Prepare dashboards, reports, trackers, meeting minutes, and management PowerPoint presentations.
