We have urgent opening for the tool room manger position, with 6 years and above experience in injection moulding and pressure die casting.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage the entire tool room operations
- Planning, Setting targets and deadline for completion of projects.
- Supervise and direct tool room members.
- Ensure preventive Maintenance of Moulds of all Plants.
- Maintain and ensure availability of critical spares of moulds. Keeping consumption records of the same.
- Update Moulds Documents, mould Induction & Its documentation.
- Root cause analysis of break down & permanent solution/design change to not repeating the same.
- Ability to handle a team of Project Engineers & Clients Qualifications
- should have sound knowledge in injection moulding and pressure die casting.
Required Experience and Qualifications GTTC OR NNTF with more than 6 years’ experience
