We are looking for a dynamic and versatile TNPSC Faculty who can handle multiple subjects, engage students effectively, and contribute to the academic development of our TNPSC programs.

Job Summary The selected faculty member will be responsible for teaching and mentoring TNPSC aspirants, covering multiple subjects across the TNPSC syllabus. The role involves classroom teaching, preparation of study materials, conducting tests and assessments, doubt clarification, and providing regular academic guidance to students.

The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct high-quality classroom sessions for TNPSC aspirants.
- Handle multiple subjects relevant to the TNPSC syllabus based on expertise and academic requirements.
- Teach subjects such as:
- Tamil Nadu History and Culture
- Indian History
- Indian Polity
- Indian Economy
- Geography
- General Science
- Environment & Ecology
- Current Affairs
- Aptitude & Mental Ability
- General Tamil / General English
- Tamil Nadu-related topics and government schemes
- Prepare and deliver structured lectures according to the TNPSC syllabus.
- Develop class notes, study materials, question banks, assignments, and revision materials.




- Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and examination-oriented practice sessions.
- Guide students in understanding previous-year questions and examination patterns.
- Conduct doubt-clearing and revision sessions.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive academic feedback.
- Keep teaching content updated according to changes in TNPSC notifications, syllabus, and examination trends.
- Encourage students through effective mentoring and academic guidance.
- Participate in academic planning, workshops, seminars, orientation programs, and special classes when required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required;
- Strong knowledge of the TNPSC examination syllabus and pattern.
- Ability to teach multiple TNPSC subjects is highly preferred.
- Previous teaching experience in TNPSC, UPSC, SSC, Banking, or other competitive examination coaching is preferred.
- Candidates who have appeared for TNPSC examinations or have relevant competitive examination experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.

- Strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu-specific subjects and current affairs.
- Ability to prepare quality study materials and test questions.
