Role Description The Toilar role is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. In this role, the team member will be responsible for general labor and support tasks, such as maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace, assisting with basic facility upkeep, and helping with the movement and arrangement of materials as needed.

The Toilar will follow safety and hygiene standards,



support day-to-day operational activities, and coordinate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure tasks are completed on time. The role may also involve responding to immediate maintenance or cleaning requests and contributing to a safe and effective work environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess basic skills in housekeeping, cleaning, and maintaining workplace hygiene.
- Candidates should possess skills in manual work, including lifting, shifting, and organizing materials safely.
- Candidates should possess basic communication skills to understand instructions and coordinate with team members.
- Candidates should possess the ability to follow safety procedures and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
- Candidates should possess reliability, punctuality, and a responsible attitude toward assigned duties.
- Prior experience in a similar labor, helper, or housekeeping role is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna and be available for full-time working hours.
