Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced TLM Developer with strong hands-on expertise in TLM Premium 3.0 and above. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, configuring, and supporting reconciliation solutions using SmartStream TLM, with exposure to match engine configuration, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support reconciliation solutions using SmartStream TLM Premium 3.0 and above.
- Configure and maintain TLM Control Process Designer workflows and business processes.
- Develop and manage data models using TLM SmartSchema.
- Configure and enhance TLM Match Rules and reconciliation logic based on business requirements.
- Design and configure TLM Dashboards and reporting components for business and operational users.
- Work on MI (Management Information) Interface development and customization.
- Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in system enhancements, upgrades,



performance tuning, and deployment activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and support documents.

Required Skills

- 5 years of hands-on experience in SmartStream TLM Premium 3.0 or higher.

- Solid expertise in

- TLM Control Process Designer

- TLM SmartSchema

- TLM Match Rule Configuration

- TLM Dashboard Configuration

- MI Interface Development
- Experience in reconciliation and exception management processes.

- Basic knowledge of

- PL/SQL

- Unix/Linux Commands
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain.
- Exposure to Capital Markets, Payments, Treasury, or Reconciliation platforms.
- Experience in production support and release management activities.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
