Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of outbound sales executives.
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle outbound sales campaigns for Health & Life Insurance products.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, conversion and quality.
- Conduct regular coaching, feedback and performance reviews.
- Ensure effective customer engagement and achievement of business targets.
Key Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Outbound Sales, preferably in Health & Life Insurance.
- Prior team handling/Team Leader experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience in outbound calling campaigns and sales processes.
- Positive communication and team management skills.
- Hindi speaking is mandatory.
- Experience in Insurance Tele-sales / Contact Center Sales will be preferred.
