We are looking for a fast, creative TikTok Video Editor to create high-performing short-form videos for a growing UK consumer brand.You will turn raw UGC, creator footage, product clips and campaign briefs into engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels and paid social ads. This role is focused on performance: strong hooks, clear storytelling, native-feeling edits and videos that drive attention and conversions.

What you’ll do

- Edit TikTok, Instagram Reels and Meta paid-social video ads.
- Turn raw creator/UGC footage into polished, high-converting creative.
- Create multiple variations of the same concept, including different hooks, captions, pacing and CTAs.
- Add captions, motion graphics, product callouts, sound effects and on-screen text.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, formats and editing styles.
- Work closely with the creative, performance marketing and creator teams.
- Organise project files and deliver edits quickly against campaign timelines.
- Review performance feedback and improve creative based on what is working.

What we’re looking for





- 2+ years of experience editing short-form social content, especially TikTok/Reels.
- Strong portfolio of UGC, D2C, ecommerce or paid-social video edits.
- Excellent understanding of hooks, retention, pacing and conversion-led storytelling.
- Strong proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools.
- Comfortable editing creator footage that may be imperfect or shot on mobile.
- Good written English and ability to understand creative briefs clearly.
- Detail-oriented, reliable and able to manage quick turnaround times.

Nice to have

- Experience working with a D2C, FMCG, beauty, wellness, food or lifestyle brand.
- Experience creating ads for UK or US audiences.
- Basic knowledge of TikTok Ads, Meta Ads or creative-performance metrics.
- Ability to create straightforward motion graphics and static-to-video assets.
