Job Summary

Shree Hari Travels and Tours Ltd is looking for an experienced, skilled, and detail-oriented Air Ticketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of domestic and international air reservations,

ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, cancellations, and GDS platforms. The candidate should be customer-focused,

possess excellent communication skills, and handle travel-related queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle domestic and international air ticket reservations.

Issue, reissue, revalidate, and modify airline tickets.

Process ticket cancellations, refunds, and amendments.

Provide accurate information regarding airline baggage policies, fare rules, and travel procedures.

Work on GDS platforms, including Amadeus and Galileo.

Assist customers with flight schedules, fare quotations, and itinerary planning.

Provide visa assistance and travel-related information to customers.

Assist in preparing and selling holiday packages.

Handle B2B and B2C travel service requirements.

Maintain accurate booking records and customer documentation.

Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer queries.

Skills & Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in air ticketing or the travel and tourism industry.

Mandatory working knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo GDS platforms.

Good understanding of domestic and international airline reservations.

Knowledge of ticketing rules, fare calculations, refunds, and reissuance procedures.

Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other office applications.





Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Proficiency in Hindi and English.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The candidate will promote the company's travel services, develop client relationships, and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Promote the company's domestic and international air ticketing services.

Generate new business opportunities through B2B and B2C marketing.

Identify and approach potential corporate clients, travel agents, and individual customers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Promote holiday packages, visa assistance, and other travel-related services.

Prepare quotations, follow up on customer inquiries, and support sales conversions.





Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.

Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

Maintain customer databases, sales records, and follow-up reports.

Coordinate with the ticketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Achieve assigned marketing and business development targets.

Preference should be given to non smoker & non alcoholic & vegeterian

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.

Experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Ability to identify potential customers and generate business leads.

Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other office applications.

Proficiency in Hindi and English.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
