Area(s) of ResponsibilityKey Responsibilities

- Work closely with business stakeholders (Sales, Service, Operations, Supply Chain) to understand and document CRM requirements.

- Analyze manufacturing-specific processes such as lead-to-order, order management, forecasting, dealer/distributor management, and after-sales service.

- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

- Support Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.

- Configure Salesforce features such as objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows, and reports (as needed).

- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams (Salesforce Developers, Architects).

- Should have a good understanding of Dealer management and Order management related processes.





- Should have a good understanding of basic Salesforce Admin knowledge and its capabilities.

- Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and sign-off.

- Drive data quality, CRM adoption, and process standardization.

- Prepare documentation including BRD, FRD, test scenarios, and training materials.

- Should be able to lead or conduct solution assessment and validation to ensure that functional and technical specifications meet the identified business needs.

- Should have positive communication skills.
