About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive qualified to support our ticketing operations and Online Travel Agency (OTA) research.

The role involves researching attractions and ticketing options, monitoring availability and pricing across OTAs, handling reservations, maintaining accurate booking information, and supporting the management of travel products across online platforms.

The selected candidate will be involved in day-to-day ticketing operations, OTA research, supplier research, and travel product management.

Key Responsibilities

- Research attractions, museums, monuments, tours, and experiences across different destinations.
- Research ticket types, entry requirements, operating hours, booking windows, visitor regulations, and cancellation policies.
- Research and compare ticket availability, pricing, timings, inclusions, and booking conditions across different OTAs and supplier platforms.
- Monitor availability and pricing on platforms such as Viator, GetYourGuide, Headout, and other relevant travel platforms.
- Handle ticket bookings and reservations across different platforms.
- Maintain accurate booking records, confirmations, ticket details, and operational information.
- Track changes in ticket prices, availability, schedules, and booking conditions.
- Research and maintain supplier and attraction information.
- Assist with checking and updating travel product information across OTA platforms.
- Identify differences or inconsistencies in pricing, availability, product information, and booking conditions.
- Report booking, ticketing, and availability issues promptly.




- Assist with resolving ticketing and reservation-related issues.
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets, records, and operational documentation.
- Research new attractions, destinations, and ticketing opportunities for potential travel products.
- Use AI and online research tools to gather and organize information where appropriate.
- Verify information from official attraction websites, suppliers, OTAs, and other reliable sources before updating operational records.

- Freshers and candidates with relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
- Candidates from Travel & Tourism, Business, Management, Commerce, Arts, or related educational backgrounds can apply.
- Strong online research and information-gathering skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with websites, online booking platforms, spreadsheets, and web-based tools.
- Ability to compare information from multiple sources and identify discrepancies.
- Ability to learn new booking systems and OTA platforms quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Proactive approach to identifying and reporting operational issues.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT is an advantage.
- Interest in travel, tourism, ticketing, and online travel platforms is an advantage.
