The Opportunity The Threat Intelligence & Hunting Analyst within Quadra s Intelligent Secure Productivity Group is a strategic role positioned at the forefront of organizational cyber resilience. Key Responsibilities
- Lead hypothesis-driven threat hunts utilizing Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR advanced hunting to uncover sophisticated adversarial tactics across enterprise environments.
- Drive detection engineering initiatives by converting threat hunting insights into durable analytics rules, elevating persistent security coverage and operational resilience.
- Design and operationalize threat intelligence lifecycle processes, including IOC/IOA management via Threat Intelligence Platforms, to ensure timely and actionable defense enhancements.
- Conduct dark web and OSINT monitoring to identify emerging risks relevant to Quadra s industry and technology profile, informing strategic risk mitigation.
- Collaborate in adversary emulation efforts using Atomic Red Team, Caldera, and purple teaming exercises to validate detection and response readiness.
- Deliver concise executive briefings on threat landscape dynamics, translating technical findings into explicit business impacts for leadership decision-making.
- Utilize expert-level KQL for anomaly detection, time-series correlation, and advanced analytics to inform threat landscape reporting and detection optimization.
- Drive malware triage,
reverse engineering fundamentals, and sandbox analysis to support comprehensive threat analysis and response.

- Threat Hunting & Detection Engineering: Hypothesis-driven threat hunting using Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR advanced hunting; Detection engineering-converting hunts into durable analytics rules; Deep understanding of MITRE ATT&CK; IOC/IOA management via Threat Intelligence Platforms
- Threat Intelligence Lifecycle: Strategic, tactical, and operational intelligence collection, analysis, and dissemination
- Adversary Emulation & Validation: Atomic Red Team, Caldera, purple teaming
- Threat Intelligence & Monitoring: Dark web and OSINT monitoring
- Analytics & Reporting: Ability to brief executives on threat landscape; Expert KQL-joins, time-series, anomaly detection, advanced operators

- Certification:
SC-200 (mandatory)
