About Othisis Medtech

Othisis Medtech is building an AI-powered healthcare platform designed to simplify clinical documentation, patient workflows, scheduling, billing, and administrative work for healthcare practices.

We are looking for a UI/UX Engineer who can take complex healthcare workflows and turn them into simple, intuitive, and modern user experiences.

This is a hands-on role. You will work directly with the founders, product team, and engineering team to design workflows from concept through implementation.

What You’ll Do

Design intuitive web and mobile interfaces for healthcare professionals.
Convert product requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Design complex workflows involving patient records, documentation, scheduling, assessments, billing, insurance, and administrative functions.
Create and maintain a scalable design system in Figma.
Develop reusable components and consistent UI patterns across the platform.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Review existing workflows and identify opportunities to reduce clicks, simplify navigation, and improve usability.
Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Conduct basic user research and usability testing with healthcare professionals.
Iterate rapidly based on feedback from customers, founders, and engineers.
Help establish UI/UX standards across the Othisis platform.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or UI engineering.
Strong proficiency with Figma and interactive prototyping.
Solid understanding of user flows, information architecture,



usability, and interaction design.
Experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, forms, or workflow-heavy applications.
Ability to simplify complex systems into clear and intuitive interfaces.
Strong understanding of responsive design.
Experience working directly with developers.
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.

Preferred Skills

Experience designing healthcare, electronic health record, medical billing, fintech, or other workflow-heavy software.
Understanding of accessibility and WCAG principles.
Experience with React, HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, or similar front-end technologies.
Experience building or maintaining design systems.
Familiarity with Jira, GitHub, or similar development tools.
Experience designing AI-powered products is a plus.

and turn it into a workflow that feels simple and intuitive to a healthcare professional.
