Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead a critical SAP ECC automation project focused on implementing a Self-Billing Invoice solution. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading a specialized team of SAP functional consultants and developers to deliver a seamless, automated financial process. This role requires a blend of technical SAP literacy, rigorous project management methodologies, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the project through all phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring/Control, and Closing.
- Team Leadership: Manage a cross-functional team of SAP FICO Functional Consultants and ABAP Developers, ensuring explicit task delegation and accountability.
- Scope & Schedule Management: Define project scope, develop detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), and maintain the project timeline to ensure on-time delivery.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify technical and operational risks; develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues to TI leadership as necessary.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor team and TI Finance/Procurement stakeholders, providing regular status reports and executive briefings.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor project expenditures and ensure resource utilization remains within the approved budgetary framework.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables (FSDs, TSDs, and Test Scripts) meet TI's internal standards and comply with financial audit requirements.

Skill Requirements

- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of Project Management experience, with at least 5 years specifically leading SAP implementation or enhancement projects.
- SAP Knowledge: Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem (ECC preferred). While not required to be hands-on, the candidate must understand the SAP implementation lifecycle (ASAP or Agile methodologies).




- Methodology: Proficiency in PM tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or SAP Solution Manager) and formal methodologies (PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus).
- Domain Expertise: Familiarity with SAP Finance (FI) or Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes is highly desirable.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Other Requirements

- Experience managing third-party contractors within a large enterprise environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical challenges into business impact statements.
- Proven ability to manage change management activities during software deployments.
