Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Automation Engineer to manage electrical systems, automation, and drive-related activities in a manufacturing plant. The role will involve ensuring smooth operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvement of electrical and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle AC/DC drives, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs and industrial automation systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical, automation and drive-related breakdowns.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Work on motor control, panels, sensors, control circuits and instrumentation.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
- Ensure electrical safety and compliance with plant standards.

Key Skills:

- Solid experience in Drives, PLC & Automation.
- Hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Knowledge of VFD/AC drives, motors, control panels and PLC troubleshooting.
- Experience in steel/iron, sheet manufacturing or similar heavy manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
