We at Coforge are seeking a “Desktop Support Engineer " to support IT operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide in office support for Desktops and laptop Barcode and MRP printers.
Handheld, fixed, and RF scanners.
Ensure smooth functioning of production line IT infrastructure with minimal downtime
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Handle incidents, service requests, and changes using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
Monitor and manage tickets within defined SLAs and escalate when required.
Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment
Coordinate with L2/L3 teams and vendors for issue resolution
Maintain proper documentation of incidents and solutions
Support a high-availability environment with a quick turnaround time
