Job Description-

What would you be required to do?

n

• Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute the design strategy for the

n

organization.

n

n
- Collaborate with external as well internal stakeholders from time to time and ensure company philosophy is aligned in the processes followed
n
- Be responsible for the projects seen as potential and ongoing in terms of quality, timelines and
n

n

aesthetics of design as per company design philosophy

n

• Take the time to understand the client's style, lifestyle and requirements and merge these

n

with their design philosophy in a creatively unique way for each project.

n

• Handle projects independently from concept development through design, execution and

n

handover, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout.

n

n
- Create and present design solutions and ideas as per their Process.
n
- Ensure the client has a pleasant and engaging home renovation experience, as this is a key
n

n

USP.

n

• Responsible for every aspect of the project, be it material, quality checks, procurement,

n

vendor coordination and design execution.

n

• Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, contractors, vendors and other

n

stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.• Use AutoCAD software to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects when needed.

n

• Review drawings, details, materials and site execution to ensure quality, detailing and design

n

intent are maintained.

n

- Work closely with clients to shape project scope and design direction.
n




- Provide clients with guidance into emerging home décor and design innovations.
n
- Stay updated with evolving design practices, materials and international design references and
n

n

bring relevant ideas into projects.

n

Who qualifies?

n

Education:

n

n
- Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline.
n
- Education from a reputed design / architecture institution preferred.
n
- International education, training or professional experience will be an advantage.
n

n

Experience:

n

• 10+ years' experience in Interior Design or Architecture, with strong exposure to luxury

n

residential projects.

n

n
- Experience independently handling projects from concept to execution and handover.
n
- Experience with high-value residential projects, preferably ₹15,000/sq.ft.+; solid experience
n

n

in the ₹8,000/sq.ft.+ segment will also be considered.

n

n
- Experience working with HNI/UHNI clients and leading client presentations.
n
- Experience with reputed luxury architecture firms, interior design studios, boutique design
n

n

practices or premium residential design firms preferred.

n

Skills

n

n
- Strong understanding of space planning, layouts, materials, lighting and custom furniture.
n
- A refined aesthetic sense with the ability to create distinctive, personalized interiors rather
n

n

than formulaic designs.

n

n
- Strong client engagement and communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and creative thinking skills.
n
- Proficiency in relevant design software, including AutoCAD, Photoshop and SketchUp
n

n
