Job Summary

The Teacher is responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing instructional lessons that support students academic, social, and emotional development in alignment with the school curriculum and standards.

Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards

- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments

- Evaluate and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and observations

- Maintain accurate student records and grades

- Manage classroom behavior to create a positive learning environment

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance

- Participate in staff meetings, career development, and school events

Qualifications

- Graduation with a Bachelor s degree in Education

- Strong communication and classroom management skills
