Role Description The Textile Engineer role at BANSALSPINNING MILL LTD is a full-time, on-site position based in Bathinda.

The Textile

Engineer will oversee and optimize textile manufacturing processes, including spinning operations, quality control, and production efficiency. Daily responsibilities include monitoring machinery performance, analyzing process data, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing improvements to reduce waste and enhance product quality. The role involves collaborating with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.

The Textile

Engineer will also contribute to research and development initiatives,



support the introduction of recent materials or techniques, and prepare technical documentation and reports for management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of the Textile Industry and Textiles, including fibers, yarns, fabric properties, and relevant testing methods.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Manufacturing Processes, such as spinning, weaving, knitting, dyeing, and finishing, with a focus on process optimization and quality control.
- Candidates should possess skills in Research and Development (R&D;), including experimentation, data analysis, and implementation of new technologies or process improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, enabling clear interaction with cross-functional teams, documentation of procedures, and reporting of technical findings.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related engineering discipline, and experience in textile manufacturing or similar industrial environments.
- Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with industry standards and safety practices, basic knowledge of production planning, and proficiency with MS Office and technical software used in textile operations.
