Role Description The Testing Trainer will deliver classroom-based training sessions on software testing concepts, tools, and best practices to students at the Hyderabad campus in an on-site capacity. This part-time role includes preparing and updating training materials, creating practical examples, and guiding learners through hands-on exercises and real-time testing projects. The trainer will assess learner performance through assignments, tests, and project evaluations,



providing constructive feedback and mentoring to support skill development and career readiness.

Responsibilities also include staying current with industry trends in manual and automation testing, collaborating with other trainers to align curricula, and occasionally contributing to workshops or seminars organized by the institute.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of software testing fundamentals, including test design, test execution, defect management, and quality assurance processes.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing and familiarity with common automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to design structured training content, including lesson plans, lab exercises, and real-time project scenarios tailored to different learner levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience mentoring or teaching in an academic or corporate training environment is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software testing.
- Solid organizational skills, punctuality, and reliability to support scheduled part-time training sessions on-site in Hyderabad.
- Ability to collaborate with training coordinators and other faculty members to continuously improve course quality and learner outcomes.
