What You’ll Do
Identify & track tenders on GeM, CPPP & State Government Portals
Handle end-to-end tender & bid management
Prepare technical & commercial proposals
Manage EMDs, Bank Guarantees & tender documentation
Coordinate with government departments, PSUs & procurement authorities
Attend pre-bid meetings, presentations & negotiations
Build strong relationships with government officials & key stakeholders
Drive business opportunities through government contracts
We’re Looking For
5+ years of hands-on Government/Private Tendering experience
Strong knowledge of GeM, CPPP & e-Procurement portals
Government liaison & relationship management experience
Excellent documentation, communication & negotiation skills
Willingness to travel for government/client meetings
Preferred Industry Background:
Staffing | Manpower Services | Facility Management | Security | Housekeeping | Infrastructure | Healthcare | IT Services | Engineering | Government Contracting
