Job Summary

Masterflexo Cables Private Limited, a manufacturer of *LT Cables and Wires, is looking for an experienced **Tender Manager* to manage end-to-end tendering, order documentation, Third-Party Inspections, invoicing and payment follow-ups for Government, PSU, EPC and other customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and evaluate Government, PSU, EPC and private-sector tenders for LT Cables & Wires.

- Review tender specifications, eligibility criteria, BOQ, technical requirements and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within stipulated timelines.
- Handle GeM and other e-tendering/procurement portals.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Technical, Quality, Finance and Management teams for tender requirements.
- Coordinate pricing, costing, EMD, Tender Fees, Bank Guarantees and other commercial requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate Third-Party Inspections (TPI) with customers and inspection agencies.
- Coordinate inspection documentation, test reports and inspection clearances.
- Upload invoices on PSU payment portals, GeM and other customer portals.




- Ensure timely submission of invoices along with required supporting documents.
- Follow up with PSU/Government customers for outstanding payments and maintain payment status.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Finance for payment reconciliation and outstanding receivables.
- Handle customer queries, clarifications and commercial correspondence.
- Maintain tender, order, inspection, invoice and payment records.
- Prepare regular MIS for tender submissions, orders, inspections, invoicing and outstanding payments.

Candidate Requirements

* 5–10 years of relevant experience in Tender Management / Bid Management / Commercial Operations.

- Experience in LT Cables, Wires, Electrical Products, Manufacturing, EPC or Infrastructure will be preferred.
- Experience handling Government / PSU / Utility tenders will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with GeM and e-tendering/payment portals.
- Experience in Third-Party Inspection coordination, invoice submission and payment follow-up.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and commercial documentation.
- Robust communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of tender terms, commercial conditions and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and activities within strict deadlines.
