- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan/EMI payments.
- Follow up with customers for timely payment and resolve payment-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection status.
- Negotiate suitable repayment solutions with customers.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets.
- Follow company policies and maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/computer operations.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a collection environment.
Salary ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
