We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller with 2–4 years of experience in customer calling, lead follow-up, sales, or customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into business opportunities.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers through calls and messages.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and sales targets.
- Handle customer questions and resolve basic issues professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams when required.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telecalling Executive, Telesales Executive, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.




- Excellent spoken English and communication skills are mandatory.
- Positive Hindi/Odia communication will be an advantage.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate
- Has a clear and pleasant voice.
- Is comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Can communicate confidently with customers in English.
- Has previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer handling.
- Is professional, energetic, and positive in approach.
