We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-skilled telecallers to join our team.

Position

Telecaller – Male & Female Candidates

✅ Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Hindi and Bengali
- Knowledge of Nepali will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of English
- Friendly, confident and professional personality
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Previous telecalling/customer service experience will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities
- Make and receive calls from patients/clients
- Explain wellness services and programmes
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
- Maintain proper call and client records




- Handle queries professionally and courteously
- Support the centre's outreach and customer communication
