Role Description The Telecaller Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The intern will contact potential and existing customers to explain travel packages, clarify itinerary details, and answer queries about domestic and international tours. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining call records, and updating customer information in the system.

Qualifications
- Robust verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with clear and polite telephone etiquette.
- Customer service orientation, including active listening, patience, and the ability to understand traveler needs.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or call logs.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple calls, follow-ups, and customer records efficiently.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India and collaborate with sales and operations teams.
- Interest in the travel and tourism industry; prior internship or experience in telecalling or customer support is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school completion; pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in any field is preferred.
