- 1–5 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or sales support. (Exceptional freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and consistently achieve appointment and visit goals
