Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telesales Specialist role based in Ahmedabad.

The Telesales

Specialist will engage potential and existing clients via phone to introduce Star Proptech’s property marketing solutions, qualify leads, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Daily responsibilities include making outbound and handling inbound calls, explaining property features and marketing services, addressing customer questions, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems. The role involves following up on leads, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams,



and meeting or exceeding call and conversion targets. The Specialist will also support prospective clients with clear information and guidance to ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency as needed.
- Demonstrated Sales ability with experience in telesales or inside sales, and a consistent track record of meeting targets.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build long-term client relationships.
- Experience providing Training or guidance to customers on services, processes, or property-related information.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools or sales software.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
- Prior experience in real estate, property marketing, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
