SPR India is looking for a dynamic Tele Sales Specialist to join our Residential Sales team and work on our premium & luxury residential projects.
Key Responsibilities• Handle inbound & outbound enquiries
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
- Generate and convert site visits
• Nurture leads through regular follow-ups
• Maintain CRM and lead records
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for conversions
• Achieve monthly lead & site-visit targets
What We’re Looking For• 1–4 years of experience in Tele Sales / Presales / Real Estate / Hospitality / Banking / Premium Sales
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Robust follow-up and persuasion abilities
