We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly professional to connect with existing Tanishq customers and provide a premium after-sales experience.
What You’ll Do
Make post-purchase follow-up calls
Check customer satisfaction & collect feedback
Coordinate for repairs, alterations & service requirements
Inform customers when jewellery is ready for collection
Make birthday & anniversary courtesy calls
Invite existing customers for events & new collections
Build strong long-term customer relationships
Maintain customer details & call records in CRM/Excel
Coordinate with the showroom team to resolve customer queries
Who We’re Looking For
Experience: 1–3 Years
Experience in Telecalling / Customer Service / After-Sales / CRM
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
English + Kannada/Hindi preferred
Good listening and customer-handling skills
Basic computer & CRM knowledge
Pleasant, polite and qualified personality
