Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving sales and revenue through outbound and inbound calls. In this role, the specialist will engage prospective and existing clients, present GTF’s services and award programs, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into successful registrations or partnerships. Daily tasks include maintaining call logs and CRM records, following up on leads, qualifying prospects,



and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.

The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to understand current campaigns and offerings, share customer feedback, and support promotional activities when needed. The role also involves providing clear product information, addressing customer concerns professionally, and representing GTF in a courteous and brand-aligned manner.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales skills, with experience in telesales or inside sales and a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear spoken English and any additional relevant regional languages.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Ability to participate in or deliver Training related to product knowledge, scripts, and sales best practices.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, call tracking systems, and standard office software.
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in market research, events, awards, or related industries is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
