Position: Telecaller

Location: Madurai

Experience: 0–5 Years

Qualification: Any Degree

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Explain project details and generate leads.

Follow up with interested customers.

Schedule site visits for the sales team.

Maintain customer data in Excel/CRM.

Coordinate with the Sales team until lead closure.

Achieve daily and monthly lead targets.

Provide excellent customer service and timely updates.

Skills Required:

Good communication (Tamil, English)

Basic MS Excel knowledge

Customer handling & follow-up skills

Positive attitude and teamwork

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
