Role Description The Tele Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The tele sales professional will conduct outbound and inbound calls to engage potential and existing clients, present Life Designer’s services, and convert leads into opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client needs, explaining service offerings, updating CRM records, and following up on prospects to close sales.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, providing clear communication to clients, and maintaining high standards of customer experience.

Qualifications

Strong Sales skills with the ability to generate leads, pitch services, and close deals over the phone.

Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.

Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues,



and build long-term client relationships.

Experience in Training or a willingness to learn sales scripts, product knowledge, and tele sales best practices.

Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in tech, digital, or service industries.

Comfort using CRM tools, call tracking systems, and basic productivity software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, meet targets, and manage multiple leads simultaneously.

Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
