Role Description The Telesales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in New Delhi. In this position, the individual will make outbound calls to potential customers, present JobBricks’ services, and convert leads into sales.

Daily tasks include following up on inquiries, maintaining call records in the CRM, and meeting or exceeding individual sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining relevant solutions clearly,



and providing courteous support throughout the sales cycle.

The Telesales

Executive will also collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify leads, and close deals effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or calling software.
- Ability to work toward targets, manage time efficiently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior telesales or inside sales experience in staffing, recruitment, or related industries is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
