About the Role:
Contact fresh leads provided by the company, pitch the Hotel100 franchise opportunity, follow up with prospects, and support closures.
Responsibilities:
- Call fresh leads (company-provided) - 100 calls/day
- Explain the franchise opportunity; understand budget & location fit
- Follow up via calls/WhatsApp; maintain daily lead records
- Coordinate hot leads with senior sales/management for closure
- Achieve 2–4 franchise closures per month
Requirements:
- 2+ years in tele sales, inside sales, or franchise/business development
- Robust communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven, consistent with follow-ups
- MS Excel/Google Sheets basics preferred; hospitality/real estate background a plus advantage.
