Job Title: Telesales Executive Hotels, Banquets & Catering

Salary: 12,000 – 17,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Experience: 0–3 Years

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to handle customer enquiries and sales leads for our hotels, banquets, catering and restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming and outbound sales calls.
- Follow up on leads received through digital marketing, websites, social media and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements for rooms, banquets, catering and events.
- Share appropriate packages, pricing and property information with customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until conversion or closure.
- Update lead status and customer details accurately in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with property sales and operations teams for site visits, bookings and confirmations.
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers over calls and WhatsApp.

Candidate Requirements:





- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM preferred.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, hospitality, events, real estate or service industry will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Target-oriented and disciplined approach towards follow-ups.

Compensation: 12,000 – 17,000 per month depending on experience and communication skills, plus performance-based incentives.
