- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
- Maintain customer information and daily calling reports.
- Build good relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales/inside sales.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and basic English communication required.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with regular outbound calling.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM will be an advantage.
