Role: Tele Radiology Case Coordinator

Location: Old Airport Road, Bangalore

What You’ll Do:

1. Case Assignment: Assign cases to the appropriate radiologist based on specialty, availability and urgency.
2. Monitoring TAT: Track cases throughout the reporting process to ensure they are completed within the expected turnaround time.
3. Communication: Act as a communication bridge between radiologists, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow.
4. Shift Management: Assist in managing doctor rosters, shift handovers, and real-time availability & Coordinate with manager for optimal shift coverage,



especially during peak hours or doctor shortages.
5. Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve any operational issues, such as discrepancies in reports or technical challenges.
6. Case Prioritization: Prioritize cases based on urgency, client needs, and type of study to ensure timely and efficient reporting.
7. Client Updates: Provide status updates to clients on case progress, especially for delayed cases, and manage client expectations.
8. Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately enter case information, update records, and maintain transparent documentation for all cases. Update logs for any escalations, complaints, or special client requests.
9. Follow-Up: Ensure follow-ups on critical cases or return cases for re-evaluation as per client or radiologist requests.
10. Coordination with IT: Work with IT support for any technical issues that might disrupt the workflow, such as software malfunctions or connectivity issues.

- Bachelors/Masters in any specialisation
- 1-2 years of experience
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Problem Solving Skills
