Role Description

This is a full time remote Telemarketer role focused on outbound and inbound customer communication. The Telemarketer will make calls to prospective and existing clients, present services clearly, and respond to questions in a professional manner. Day-to-day tasks include qualifying leads, scheduling appointments for follow-up conversations or demonstrations, and accurately recording call outcomes in internal systems or CRM tools.

The role also involves handling basic customer service inquiries, gathering feedback during calls,



and collaborating with the sales team to support campaign goals and performance targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build rapport, listen actively, and convey information clearly.
- Candidates should possess Appointment Scheduling and Customer Service skills to manage calendars, coordinate follow-ups, and address inquiries with professionalism.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify opportunities, present offerings persuasively, and support lead conversion goals.
- Comfort working with phone-based and online communication tools, including CRM or call-tracking software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet call and performance targets.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, call centers, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
- Graduation or equivalent; additional training or certification in sales or customer service is an advantage.
