Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer / Business Development Associate role based in Kolkata. The individual in this role will make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce company services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining service offerings, handling basic client queries, scheduling appointments or follow-up calls, and updating call records in the system.

The role also involves maintaining a professional tone during conversations, nurturing initial interest,



and supporting sales closure efforts by coordinating with internal stakeholders. The associate is expected to meet daily and weekly call targets while contributing to overall business development goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to engage prospects professionally and build rapport.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and confident client interactions.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Appointment Scheduling skills to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team.
- Relevant experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development is beneficial.
- Comfort with using CRM or call-tracking tools, and basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, documentation) is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, meet performance targets, and collaborate within a structured team environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
