- 5G Network & 5G Use cases, OSS/ BSS Process consulting, Revenue Management
- ISP & Broadband, Optical Fiber, Cable TV, DTH, IPTV, Enterprise B2B service
- Data Center & Cloud Infrastructure
- Industrial IOT use cases, Digital Twin for Ports, Railways, Mobility, Transportation etc.
- Expected Role to be performed
- Product Management, GTM strategy, Market research & market assessment, Competition analysis, Pricing strategy, service catalogue
- Preparation of Techno commercial DPR (Detailed Project Report) , Feasibility studies, BRD / FRS/TRS preparation
- RFP preparation, Procurement, Tendering & transaction advisory, vendor selection, vendor management & PMO
- ASIS & ToBe assessment, business process re-engineering, gap analysis
