This is a full-time onsite role based in Madgaon for a Telecalling Officer. The Telecalling Officer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, introducing the company’s digital marketing services, generating leads, understanding client requirements, and scheduling follow-ups or meetings with interested prospects.

The role involves making a high volume of calls, communicating with potential clients, maintaining proper records of calls and leads, following up with prospects, and supporting the business development team in generating current business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to confidently interact with clients over the phone. The candidate will play an important role in generating leads and supporting the company’s business growth within the digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company’s digital marketing services.
- Make approximately 300 calls per day to prospective clients.
- Handle inbound and outbound marketing calls for 9 Digits Media, along with project related calls with clients.
- Identify interested prospects and generate qualified leads.
- Understand client requirements and share relevant information about the company’s services.




- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings or calls with interested clients for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and internal teams for further lead conversion.

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
