We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. This role is suitable for freshers who are interested in sales, client communication, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Introduce the company’s services and explain them clearly to prospects.
- Understand client requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to move leads through the sales process.
- Schedule meetings or calls with interested prospects.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.
- Maintain professional communication with clients at all times.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Valuable verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work with targets.
- Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with a genuine interest in sales and client handling are preferred.
