Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Telecaller to connect with prospective clients, understand their requirements, generate leads, and arrange client visits. The candidate will be responsible for regular calling, follow-ups, and coordinating with the sales team to support the conversion of leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Introduce the company’s products/services and provide relevant information to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and identify genuine business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls and follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate client visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with clients regarding scheduled visits and ensure proper coordination.
- Maintain regular communication with interested prospects.
- Handle basic client queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client visits.
- Update daily calling and lead status reports.




- Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead progress and client requirements.
- Follow up with clients after visits to understand their interest and next steps.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and client-visit targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Positive convincing and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and speaking with different types of clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or other CRM/record-keeping tools.
- Ability to work with daily targets and deadlines.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer handling, or lead generation will be an advantage.
