Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers as per assigned requirements. Communicate with customers professionally and provide relevant information. Handle customer queries and follow up with customers as required. Maintain call records and update daily reports. Achieve assigned calling targets. Coordinate with the team for smooth execution of daily activities.
