Key Responsibilities: 1) Make outbound calls to verify and validate customer details from incoming leads.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Maintain call logs, reports, and feedback for process improvement.
- Escalate invalid or incomplete leads to the concerned department.
Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and candidate must be a fresher . The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
