We're Hiring: Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive

Location: Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra | Full-time, On-site

certified export packaging across India. Since 2018, we've served 250+ clients across logistics, pharma, FMCG, chemicals,

steel, and export industries. ISO 9001:2015 certified, MSME registered, known for 48-72 hour pan-India dispatch.

What You'll Do

. Call prospective and existing customers to introduce our products

. Follow up on leads until they convert or close

. Share product and pricing information, handle basic objections

. Update and maintain lead records/CRM

. Coordinate with the sales team, schedule meetings or site visits

. Track call outcomes and report on lead conversion status





. Meet daily and weekly calling targets

What We're Looking For

. Minimum 1 year of telecalling / customer calling experience (required)

. Robust communication in Hindi and English; Marathi is a plus

. Comfortable with WhatsApp, Excel, and email

. Confident and persistent - okay with following up after an initial no

. B2B or industrial product telesales experience is a bonus

. Minimum 12th pass; graduates welcome

Salary:(negotiable based on experience) + incentive on every successful order closed
