About the Role
Stonesera is hiring a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive for our clients in Hyderabad dealing in Granite, Quartz and Tiles.
This is a fresher-friendly sales role. Leads will be provided through multiple sources such as Meta, Google, Justdial, IndiaMART, website enquiries and other platforms. The candidate will be responsible for contacting these customers, understanding their requirements and converting genuine enquiries into showroom visits and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Call customers from provided leads and introduce the products/services.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, application and preferred products.
- Explain basic information about Granite, Quartz and Tiles.
- Recommend suitable products based on the customer's requirement.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Encourage and schedule customers for a showroom visit.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and lead status.
- Coordinate with the showroom sales team regarding customer visits.
- Work towards achieving monthly lead conversion and sales targets.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills and a confident personality.
- Ability to communicate in Telugu, Hindi and English is preferred.
- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use Excel/CRM.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn sales.
- Candidates with telecalling, telesales or inside-sales experience will be an advantage.
