Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates/customers.

- Explain company services, courses, products, or offerings clearly.

- Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.

- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Handle queries and provide accurate information.

- Coordinate with the concerned team for further processing.

- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Maintain skilled communication with customers/candidates.

Required Skills:

- Good verbal communication skills in

Hindi and English

.

- Confident and polite telephone communication.

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.

- Good follow-up and convincing skills.

- Target-oriented and willing to make regular outbound calls.

- Freshers can also apply.

Preferred Profile:

Candidates with experience in telecalling, customer support, counselling, sales, recruitment calling, or lead generation will be preferred.
