Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve
B2C & B2B revenue targets . Monitor daily sales performance, conversions, follow-ups, and lead management. Handle and convert
B2C leads
through calls, Whats App, and other communication channels. Develop and manage
B2B partnerships, institutional clients, and corporate accounts . Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching to improve conversion rates. Track sales funnel, identify gaps, and implement strategies to improve performance. Handle escalations and ensure a smooth customer experience. Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other teams for lead generation and business growth.



Support the Sales Manager in achieving overall revenue and business objectives.
Requirements 2–5 years of experience in
B2C/B2B sales , preferably in Education, EdTech, Training, or a related industry. Prior experience in
team handling or leadership
is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Target-oriented with solid follow-up and conversion abilities. Ability to manage both individual sales and team performance. Comfortable working with CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales reporting tools.
